TDR Properties, LLC was founded in 2001, by Andy and Deb Arruda in the town of Warren, RI. It is located at 84 Cutler St. near downtown.

Our mill property contains 8 mixed use warehouse, manufacturing and office units, each with its own bathroom. The spaces are large and airy, with a lot of natural light.

Our tradesman bay building was built in 2009 and contains a total of 7 units. Each bay is 1,500 sq. ft. and has an office and bathroom. The dimensions of the units are 21.5' W x 70' L . The units are 20' H. The garage bay doors are a nice over-sized 10' W x 14' H to accommodate oversized equipment. Each unit also has two large skylights that provide lots of natural light.

TDR Properties was founded by Andy and Deb Arruda in 2001. Andy and Deb worked on building TDR Properties together throughout the years. Andy now runs and manages on-site operations.
